Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
