Service

Dashdig provides URL shortening, analytics, and related features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.

SLA & credits

Paid plans may include a service level commitment (e.g. 99.9% uptime for Business). If we do not meet the committed uptime in a billing period, you may be eligible for a service credit:

  • Below 99.9%: 10% credit
  • Below 99.0%: 25% credit
  • Below 95.0%: 50% credit

Credits are applied proportionally to the affected period. See your plan and dashboard SLA section for details.
